How does TrakScape automatically download new work orders from client Web sites?

TrakScape will read the download file created from a client's Web site. After reading the download file, the system will add several fields, including the contractor/inspector assigned, payable amount due to the contractor/inspector, client invoice amount and other data. In short, TrakScape finds and separates the data received into something meaningful for the user.

How does TrakScape record inspection results?

TrakScape is a Web-based application so you can enter results, wherever you are .. if you do not have access to the Internet, then Trakscape will store the data on your laptop for uploading later. This allows Contractors/inspectors to quickly update property reports and photos without repetitive data entry.

Can I export the data from Trakscape into a spreadsheet like Excel or Quattro Pro?

Yes, nearly all of the data in the TrakScape database can be exported into a spreadsheet program.

Can I import data into TrakScape from a spreadsheet or a client website?

Yes, it is very easy to import data into the database. For new work orders, TrakScape reads the download file and populates the data automatically for you.

Is it possible to add digital photos using TrakScape?

Yes. Just click and drag pictures to each property report, and you are done. This is much faster than traditional browsers.

What is required to setup the TrakScape database?

The system is delivered with a general list of order types, forms and reports. TrakScape can be customized to meet the specific needs of individual users, depending on their role in the Mortgage Default, REO and Field Services industries.
